The recipe below makes cold brew concentrate, which you can serve as black coffee or with milk.
Option without Milk:
Serve in a chilled glass with an ice cube, add one part cold brew concentrate and one part cold still or sparkling water.
Option with Milk:
Add ice to a chilled glass, add one part cold brew concentrate and two parts milk or milk alternative.

About The Coffee
This blend is lighter than our usual espresso roast to preserve the raspberry, cocoa-origin flavours when drinking black, but we’ve kept just enough roast flavour to bring through sweet notes of milk chocolate & honeycomb when serving with milk.
All you need is the original Toddy Cold Brewer & some water and you’re ready to go.

Recipe
1. Pour the contents of this 250g bag into a Toddy Brewer
2. Add 1.2L of cold, filtered water and stir
3. Leave sitting at room temperature for 20-24 hours
4. Drain into an airtight decanter or bottle and store the concentrate in the fridge for up to 14 days.
